Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

Recovertorium ("we", "us", "our") provides sports recovery, injury rehabilitation, flexibility, and deep tissue massage therapy services in St Margarets, Twickenham. By booking an appointment or purchasing a RecoveryPlus (R+) service package through our website or directly, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and Consultations

All treatments are delivered by fully qualified, insured, and DBS-verified practitioners. We reserve the right to decline or suspend treatment if a practitioner deems a service unsuitable or unsafe for a client based on medical or safety considerations.

3. Bookings and Payments

Full payment or redemption of valid session credits is required to secure a booking. Payments must be processed prior to the commencement of the session via our accepted online payment methods or authorised platforms.

4. Credit Packages and Expiry

Packages purchased as a block of five credits must be fully redeemed and used within six calendar months from the exact date of purchase. Any unused credits remaining after the six-month period will automatically expire and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment up to two hours prior to the scheduled start time without financial penalty, provided that the session is rescheduled to a future available date and time as an integral part of the cancellation procedure.

Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice, failure to attend a scheduled session, or cancellations without an accompanying instant rescheduling will result in the forfeiture and deduction of one session credit from your account.

6. Medical and Health Disclosure

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information during initial consultations and updates prior to each treatment. You must inform your practitioner of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or medications. Recovertorium accepts no liability for non-disclosure of relevant health information.

7. Liability

Recovertorium provides physical therapy, manual therapy, massage and sport rehabilitation services aimed at promoting ongoing physical maintenance, reducing pain and enhancing mobility. Results may vary between individuals. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

All personal and health data collected by Recovertorium is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Amendments to Terms

Recovertorium reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
